averaging 75.2 lbs. The 2001 bulls averaged 83 lbs.

Last year 645 lbs. (Awwt) were weaned from each
female in production at Wiese & Sons. The bulls
alone adjusted to 670 lbs. Our herd weaning EPD is
+41 - 7 lbs. more than the Hereford average.

+68 lbs. is our average yearling EPD. On April 9,
2002, this strong set of bulls, grown on a high
roughage ration, averaged 1,101 lbs. These young
herd sire prospects will add retail yield and
performance to your herd.

83 Wiese & Sons 2001-calved bulls were
ultrasounded in April 2002 for carcass qualities.
The results are in! This set of bulls averaged 13.3
sq. in. adjusted REA, 0.23 in. rib fat and 3.17 adj.
