performance records have been kept on our herd. Our records can
demonstrate generations of performance and prove how predictable and
reliable these bulls are. Now with the addition of ultrasound and carcass
evaluation programs, we can give you data such as: Please note- our bulls
are developed on a high roughage ration - then grown on grass.
The Wiese operation emphasizes the
production of superior range bulls for the commercial breeder. All sales
are private treaty and satisfaction is guaranteed. We fell that private
treaty sales are beneficial to us as well as the customer. Through private
treaty sales, we are able to be extremely responsive to the needs and
desires of our customers. The low energy ration we use in developing our
breeding bulls has led the way to identifying our most efficient
producers. The data accumulated over the last 15 years of feed trials,
have proven conclusively that our most efficient producers are without a
doubt our most profitable cattle. This information has also helped us to
realize that abrupt genetic changes and trends in the cattle business can
lead to inefficiencies which can become very costly to us and our
customers. Understanding both the practical and the use of the latest
technologies available, we have kept in balance.

Wiese & Sons genetics through
livestock, embryos and semen has been sent to almost every U.S. state
