Over 25 years ago, Wiese & Sons began
forming alliances with Angus seedstock producers and participate in partnership
agreements in the sale of Angus bulls. This has proven to be a benefit in many
ways. It offers the Wiese customers more choices when making their seedstock decisions.
Currently, we are
marketing top quality bulls from several herds in Pennsylvania, New York
and Maryland which expands the marketing opportunities for these Eastern
producers. The combination of Hereford and Angus produces the most
efficient and productive commercial female today - the black baldie -
what we call "America's Cow".
We understand that one of the
most popular and profitable crosses today in the Black Baldie. We continue to
sell all bulls by private treaty so that we have the opportunity to know
